Since the Gibbys had to leave on Friday after Thanksgiving, the Bishopric agreed to come over to our home for this important occasion. We had some family and friends over to join us.

All of the children sang "I am a Child of God".

Over the clouds...

...and through the sky

to Papa's house I go,

the plane knows the way to make my day;

through the cold and icy air!

And straight to that B gate,

It seems to go extremely slow

It is so hard to wait!

Out of the plane and through the door

Now Grand V- I do spy!

...to Papa's house we go;
the van knows the road to carry our load,
thru the white and drifted snow, oh!

This post is for you, Samuel, from SLC! We miss you tons!

I always enjoy the beauty of our yard, no matter what the season but this one brings alot of fun for the children...and for me, as I recall making play houses with leaves when I was young. They were complete with kitchen, diningroom, bedrooms, etc. Do you remember, Craig and Rick? I shared that idea with the girls and look what they came up with.
